Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your decision to join WARPX AI. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our paid programs.
Cooling-Off Period
If you request a refund within 7 days of enrollment AND before the cohort start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
After the Program Starts
Once the cohort has started, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on the content already delivered.
Because seats are limited and live, we are unable to offer full refunds once a significant portion of the program has been completed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@warpx.ai with your enrollment details and the reason for your request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
